Hey, I'm Abi
I am a pre & post-natal PT specialist, a wife, a mum and a triathlete. I am a mum of 2 young girls, 17 months apart….I know! What was I thinking! But in all seriousness, I am incredibly lucky to have them in my life.

I passionately believe that you and your baby will benefit hugely from you living a healthy and balanced life where you feel strong enough to play with them and energised enough that you can still hang out with your besties, NCT gang or your other half. There is no ‘bounce-back’, ‘mum-guilt’ or judgement here. There is only positive space and time for you to build and develop into a really fit, healthy and confident mum-to-be/mother inside and out.

I struggled with my first pregnancy because no one out there would give me specific advice about exercise during pregnancy. I just kept being batted off, so I found myself in a negative cycle of exercise-guilt of harming my baby-stress-exercise to relieve stress; repeat. It was a negative and lonely place to be and I didn’t much enjoy exercise and movement.

However, becoming a personal trainer in this specific area allowed me to explore and develop my expertise in exercise, both whilst pregnant and post-natally. I understand the physical, hormonal, mental and emotional changes that can take place and how to find a balance whilst carving out time for ‘YOU’. Feeling empowered or strong within yourself is one of the most important things you can do to establish who you are as an individual and a mother.

I’ve done it twice in a rather quick succession and I am loving this aspect of my fitness journey. I feel functionally fit and strong and my ambition is to help you develop your health and fitness holistically so you can reach all of your health and fitness goals!

My approach is not about ‘bouncing back’ but about jumping forward into a positive, focused exercise programme that you love and enjoy doing. I don’t believe in trying to squeeze into old clothes; if they don’t fit or make you feel good, then they don’t deserve you; so throw them out so that you can feel amazing.
